We are hiring for Sr. HRBP Executive / HRBP Executive

About the Role:
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives and providing tactical support to our BPO operations. You will partner closely with business leaders to understand their unique needs and develop HR solutions that align with our overall business objectives.

Role: HRBP Executive

Location: Bangalore

Should be flexible with Night shift

Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with leaders to improve HR strategies.
Talent Management: Recruit, develop, and manage top talent.
Employee Relations: Resolve issues and create a positive work environment.
HR Operations: Manage HR processes like payroll and benefits.
Change Management: Lead and support organizational changes.Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a BPO environment.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders.
Proficiency in HRIS systems.
