Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage employee grievances and exit interviews to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce attrition rates.
Collaborate with business leaders to drive employee engagement initiatives.
Handle grievance redressal processes in a timely and effective manner.
Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in BHR, Business HR, Employee Engagement, or related field.
Proven track record of success in Attrition Control, Employee Communication, Employee Engagement, Employee Grievances, Employee Retention, Excellence in HR practices.
Strong understanding of Talent Engagement principles and ability to develop effective retention strategies.
