Role & responsibilities

• Marketing the resume of bench CPT, OPT, H1, GC Consultants for various positions

available in the market

• Responsibilities include calling the candidates and prime vendors, presenting consultant,

negotiating & finalizing contracts.

• Keep track of candidate arrival to bench and getting their updated resume ready to

market.

• Posting candidates resumes on major job boards and updating them regularly.
• Searching on Job sites like dice, monster, career builder, techfetch etc. to find suitable

positions for exiting consultants and communicate existing contact.

• Calling clients/vendors on regular basis for requirements and submitting their profile to

the clients

• Negotiating the rates while submitting resumes to vendors and giving feedbacks to the

vendors about the interviews on regular basis.

• Scheduling the interviews and follow up with them and maintaining a pipeline of

candidate interviews.

• Participating in weekly Meetings with superiors to monitor progress, updates, and status

of Requirements and candidates submitted.
