About Position:
The Network Security Lead role is a senior-level position focused on designing, implementing, and securing enterprise-grade network infrastructures. This position requires a strong technical foundation in routing, switching, and security technologies, combined with leadership skills to guide projects from discovery to delivery. The role involves working closely with customers, leading technical workshops, and ensuring robust network solutions that meet business objectives. You will also provide oversight to engineering teams and act as a trusted advisor for network and security best practices.

What You'll Do:
- Design & Implement: Architect, configure, and test network solutions for customer projects, ensuring scalability and security.
- Troubleshoot & Support: Resolve complex network issues during project delivery and provide escalation support.
- Lead Workshops: Conduct discovery and design sessions with stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Install & Deploy: Oversee physical and remote installation of network and security devices.
- Assess & Recommend: Lead network assessment projects and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Communicate: Provide clear updates on project status and technical deliverables to customers and internal teams.
- Maintain Expertise: Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them to improve network performance and security.
- Disaster Recovery: Design and implement DR strategies for critical network infrastructure.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Deep knowledge of routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
- Hands-on experience designing networks from scratch.
- Expertise in backbone network setup and managing switching, routing, and wireless controllers.
- Proficiency with Fortinet solutions (FortiGate Firewalls, FortiSwitches, FortiAPs).
- Familiarity with next-gen firewalls (Palo Alto, Check Point, etc.).
- Cloud networking experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, PCNSE, FCA, FCP (advanced certifications like FCE, CCIE are an advantage).
- Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, ability to simplify complex technical concepts, and effective time management.
- Personal Attributes: Self-starter, resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities
