ServiceNow Lead - US ShiftResponsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end business analysis for ServiceNow projects, with a focus on modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or ITOM.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with global business units.
Create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria in Agile environments.
Work closely with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals.
Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices and standards.
Required Skills:
6-8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow platforms.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and capabilities.
Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNows Agile Development module.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Desired Skills
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-BA, CIS-CSM).
Experience in global or multi-region ServiceNow deployments.
Familiarity with ITIL and process improvement methodologies.
