Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

• Handle day-to-day HR operations
• Preparing offer letters, exit formalities
• Conducting induction programs, training and development programs
• Handling HR Audits
• Manage attendance, leave, and employee records
• Handling end to end recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
• Support payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
• Handle employee grievances

Experience : 6months to 1year of experience into HR ops

IMMEDIATE JOINER PREFERRED

Location : Thalaghattapura, Bangalore

Only WFO [No Hybrid / WFH provided]
