About the Role
As an Executive Talent Partner, you will support endtoend HR transactional and advisory activities for the Netherlands (North EU) geography, ensuring a consistent, compliant, and highquality employee experience across the employee lifecycle. Based in Chennai (MEPZ), this role is part of the offshore Talent Partner team and requires close collaboration with incountry Talent Partners and shared services teams.
You will act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, manage HR cases with confidentiality and precision, and proactively support business goals through effective people operations. The role requires flexibility to work in Netherlandsaligned business hours and a strong customercentric mindset.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for associates, addressing daytoday HR queries and providing timely resolution.
- Manage HR cases end to end, including documentation, notetaking for Employee Relations cases, diary management, issuing relevant letters, and supporting adhoc HR activities.
- Support corporate securityrelated cases in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage straightforward Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) cases in line with defined processes.
- Handle flexible working and workfromhome requests in accordance with policy.
- Support bench management activities to ensure optimal workforce utilization.
- Coordinate and administer exit management processes, ensuring smooth and compliant separations.
- Partner with North EU shared services teams to provide accurate data, perform checks, and complete annual HR processes.
- Act as a champion for annual processes such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and compliance training.
- Proactively work with stakeholders to support business goals including CPES completion, bench management, and grievance management.
- Coordinate closely with incountry Talent Partner teams to manage employee relations matters effectively.

What you must have to be considered
- Prior experience in a Human Resources or related role, with exposure to HR operations or employee lifecycle management.
- Ability to work effectively with confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across levels and geographies.
- Demonstrated competency in handling sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong prioritization and timemanagement skills.
- Medium to high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Understanding of and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Strong team player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, matrixbased environment.

These will help you succeed
- Prior experience supporting international geographies or global HR operations.
- Exposure to Employee Relations case handling or HR case management tools.
- Experience working with shared services or offshore HR delivery models.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operate effectively across time zones.

Work Model

Based on this roles business requirements, this is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of three days per week working from the Cognizant office at MEPZ, Chennai.
