Job Description


The Business Partner will act as a strategic liaison between business units and HR, driving alignment of organizational objectives with people strategies. The role focuses on supporting employees, enhancing engagement, and ensuring effective performance management to meet business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Grievances: Address employee concerns and grievances promptly, ensuring fair resolution and adherence to company policies.
  • Employee Retention: Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews to gather actionable feedback, identify trends, and recommend improvements to reduce attrition.
  • Induction & Onboarding: Plan and execute comprehensive induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Performance Management: Support goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans to enhance employee productivity and growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational needs and provide HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics: Maintain and analyze HR data to provide insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR analytics preferred.
