Service Delivery Management of a Utility Account involving Oracle CC&B
Experience in managing AMS Support services with a team of near 25 members
Strong Utility experience with Oracle CC&B/C2M background
Managing the team supporting AMS and Development activities
Strong ability in Service Management activities
Strong vision and strategic thinking towards technology & modernization, including automation & AI
Strong experience in operations and P&L Management
Exposure to Oracle C2M, MDM, or other Oracle Utilities Cloud products
Experience in utilities domain (Electricity, Water, Gas)
