Position: Customer Service Executive - Voice

Process: Customer Service (Banking/Financial Services Domain)

Location: Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls related to financial products and services (voice process).
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Clearly and accurately communicate information to customers.
• Identify opportunities for upselling relevant products/services based on customer needs.
• Adhere strictly to process guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (Any Stream) is Mandatory.
• Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply!
• Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, strong listening skills, and a customer-centric attitude.
• Immediate Joiners will be given preference.
