Job Description

Key Skills: CAE, Service Now, CAx Management, BIM, CAD, CAD modeling, itsm, ITIL

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement BIM strategies and processes to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
• Utilize CAD and CAE tools to support design, engineering, and modeling activities.
• Manage service delivery using IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices, including the ITIL framework.
• Ensure smooth integration and maintenance of CAx (CAD/CAE) environments and applications.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to service management platforms, including ServiceNow.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards, digital documentation, and computerized systems policies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives within the manufacturing and engineering domain.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of BIM, CAD, and CAD modeling for engineering projects
• Hands-on experience with CAE and CAx Management tools
• Expertise in ServiceNow or similar service-management platforms
• Understanding of ITSM and ITIL best practices
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering and service teams
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for issue resolution
• Ability to manage and coordinate with external service providers
• Proven ability to support digital transformation and service delivery initiatives
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset with focus on continuous improvement

Education:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. (Any Graduation / Any Post-Graduation)
