Job Description
JD: Project Manager (Web & Mobile)
- Location: Bhopal & New Delhi
- Employment Type: Full-time
1. Job Objective: The Project Manager (Web & Mobile) is responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable, cloud-ready web and mobile applications. This role involves providing technical leadership, ensuring end to-end project delivery, and mentoring junior team members. The candidate will work across frontend, backend, and mobile platforms to ensure seamless integra on, high performance, and robust security.
2. Key Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure web and mobile applications.
- Architect full-stack solutions optimized for performance and cloud deployment.
- Lead and mentor interns and junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps, Product) to ensure seamless delivery.
- Manage cloud deployments and app store submissions (Google Play Store, Apple App Store).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
Web Development:
- Develop responsive UI using React, Angular, or Vue.
- Build backend APIs using Node.js or Python (Flask/Django).
- Manage SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
Mobile Development:
- Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flu er or React Native. (Optional) Build native mobile apps using Java/Kotlin (Android) or Swift(iOS).
- Integrate backend APIs with secure communication protocols.
Cloud & DevOps:
- Containerize applications using Docker & Kubernetes.
- Implement serverless and microservices-based architectures.
- Manage CI/CD workflows via GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or AWS CodePipeline.
3. Required Skills & Experience:
- 8-10+ years of full-stack web and/or mobile development experience.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong expertise in frontend frameworks (React / Angular / Vue).
- Proficiency in backend technologies: Node.js or Python.
- Experience with Flutter / React Native or native Android/iOS development.
- Strong database knowledge: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless technologies, and AWS/Azure.
- Good understanding of OAuth, JWT, and secure API standards.
- Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
