  Your key responsibilities   Technical Excellence
  • Role OverviewThe L&D Specialist will support the design, coordination, and execution of learning programs for EY professionals. This role is contractual and will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality learning experiences. Key ResponsibilitiesProgram CoordinationManage end-to-end logistics for learning programs (venue booking, virtual setup, material preparation). Liaise with external facilitators and vendors for smooth delivery. Content & Curriculum SupportAssist in developing and updating learning content in line with EYs global standards. Ensure compliance with EY learning policies and guidelines. Stakeholder ManagementWork with Service Line HR, Learning SPOCs, and business leaders to capture skill needs. Provide timely updates and reports on program status and feedback. Operational ExcellenceTrack budgets, process invoices, and ensure adherence to financial and legal requirements. Maintain accurate records in EY systems . Required Skills & Experience0-2 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR operations. Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with virtual learning platforms and MS Office tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Preferred QualificationsExperience in vendor management and event coordination. Exposure to global L&D practices and compliance processes.
