Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Experience in HR Generalist profile which includes induction, on boarding formalities, Compliances, Payroll, exit formalities.
• Employee engagement.
• Documentation and filing work.
• Calling and building strong relationships with candidates.
• Preparation of all kind of letters.
• Joining formalities
• Explanation of terms of employment to the newly recruits.
• Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role
• Good knowledge of labor law

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficient in advance excel
• Good communication in English

Office Timing:- 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Working Days:- Monday to Friday and First Saturday of Every Month (Rest Saturdays and Sundays are fixed off)

Location: Rajarhat, Newtown
