Position Summary


We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Engineer (Mac Support) to provide advanced technical support for macOS, iPadOS, and Apple ecosystem devices. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with Apple hardware/software troubleshooting, user support, mobile device management (MDM), and incident resolution. This role requires excellent communication skills, customer handling experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for macOS, iPadOS, and Apple hardware (MacBooks, iMacs, iPads, peripherals).
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to OS performance, system crashes, Wi-Fi, VPN, email, and application errors.
  • Manage and support MDM solutions (Jamf, Intune, or similar) for device enrollment, policies, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot Apple applications and productivity tools (iWork, Outlook, Teams, MS Office, etc.).
  • Perform user account management in Azure AD / Active Directory.
  • Install, configure, and update software, OS patches, and security tools.
  • Handle incident tickets, service requests, remote support, and on-site issue resolution.
  • Ensure asset management, system documentation, and compliance with IT policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and user experience.

Must-Have Skills:


  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Mac support & Apple device troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of macOS, iPadOS, and Apple hardware architecture.
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (Jamf Pro, Intune, Kandji, or similar).
  • Familiarity with network basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
  • Knowledge of Office 365, email configuration, and enterprise applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and support end-users efficiently.
