Job Description
Job Role: Transaction Specialist Corporate Trust
Location: Pune
Shift: Evening/Night (6 PM 2:30 AM or 7 PM 3:30 AM)
Experience Needed: 47 years
What the job is about:
You will work in the Corporate Trust team handling clients and transactions related to bonds and derivatives. Your main responsibility will be to make sure new clients are properly onboarded and transactions are managed correctly.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Help new clients get set up in the companys systems.
- Prepare fee letters (documents stating fees clients need to pay) and make sure they are signed and processed.
- Complete assigned tasks on time and report progress.
- Escalate any issues to your manager.
- Follow company rules, regulations, and internal processes.
- Learn and help with other tasks when needed.
Skills You Must Have:
- Experience with Corporate Trust, especially derivatives and bonds.
- Comfortable talking to clients and managing relationships.
- Able to solve problems and think logically.
- Can read and understand documents carefully.
- Basic Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, formulas).
- Willing to work occasional weekends.
Skills That Are Good to Have:
- Experience with KYC onboarding/offboarding (client verification process).
- Knowledge of billing processes.
- Familiarity with Power BI and general MS Office tools.
Who Can Apply:
- Bachelors degree (Finance preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in client services, transaction management, or KYC.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred (up to 30-day notice considered).
