Job Description

Role & responsibilities

. Real Estate & Space Management

  • Identified and evaluated potential office and warehouse spaces aligned with business expansion or relocation needs
  • Coordinated with landlords, brokers, and internal stakeholders for site visits, technical evaluations, and commercial negotiations
  • Managed end-to-end documentation including LOIs, lease agreements, registrations, and renewals
  • Handled full and final settlements for vacated properties, ensuring closure of rent, security deposits, and utilities
  • Maintained centralized repository of property documents, lease trackers, renewal calendars, and compliance records
  • Ensured timely processing and release of monthly rental payments in coordination with Finance

2. Facility Operations Management

  • Oversaw day-to-day facility operations, general maintenance, and operational readiness across assigned properties
  • Planned and supervised office/warehouse setup, renovation, and relocation activities
  • Implemented and monitored preventive maintenance schedules and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)
  • Ensured timely renewal of facility-related licenses, statutory compliances, and service contracts

3. Vendor & Procurement Management

  • Identified, onboarded, and managed vendors for facility and administrative services
  • Oversaw PO processing, rate negotiations, and service quality in coordination with Business and Finance teams
  • Conducted vendor evaluations, performance reviews, and cost optimization initiatives

4. Billing, Documentation & Compliance

  • Reviewed and verified vendor bills to ensure accuracy before payment submission
  • Coordinated with Finance for invoice processing, payment release, and expense tracking
  • Maintained documentation for leases, renewals, F&F settlements, and audits
  • Ensured compliance of administrative and facility operations with company standards and statutory norms
