Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end calendar management and calendar blocking for the COO

Schedule internal and external meetings; coordinate with senior stakeholders

Handle travel planning and management (domestic & international) including itineraries

Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and MIS

Handle documentation, correspondence, and confidential information

Act as a point of coordination between the COO and internal/external teams

Ensure timely follow-ups, reminders, and meeting preparedness

Maintain professional communication with clients, leadership, and partners

Preferred candidate profile

Experience supporting CXO / COO / MD / Partners

Exposure to senior management meetings and board-level coordination

Immediate to short notice joiners preferred
