We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Manager (B2B Sales) to drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, account management, and solution-based selling.
This role involves managing the full sales cyclefrom lead generation, product presentations, solution pitching, pricing discussions, relationship building, and closing dealsacross enterprise and mid-market clients.
The ideal candidate should have experience in IT Software/Hardware/Cloud/Infra/Solution Sales, with strong communication skills and a consultative approach.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in assigned territory.
  • Sell Software Licensing (Microsoft, Oracle, Antivirus, etc.), IT Products, Cloud Services, and Enterprise IT solutions.
  • Conduct requirement analysis to recommend the right solutions to customers.
  • Create and maintain a healthy sales funnel with consistent follow-ups and closures.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual revenue targets.
  1. Client Engagement & Demonstrations:
  • Conduct product presentations, solution demonstrations, and capability meetings with corporate clients.
  • Manage negotiations, pricing discussions, and contracting independently.
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Purchase Departments, and key decision-makers.
  1. Account Management:
  • Grow business from existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with pre-sales, delivery, OEMs, and support teams.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  1. Market Research & Collaboration:
  • Stay updated with the latest IT technologies, market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with OEM partners (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe etc.) for campaigns, events, and technical enablement.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and funnel updates to the manager.


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Experience in B2B IT Sales (Software Licensing, Cloud, IT Infra, Security, or related solutions).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage client interactions and sales closures.
  • Good understanding of enterprise IT, corporate buying cycles, and vendor management.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel (field visits).
  • Team player with a willingness to learn new technologies and solutions.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (Engineering, Science, or relevant field preferred).
  • MBA / PGDM is an added advantage.
  • experience in IT Solution Sales / Software Sales / Licensing Sales (preferred)
