Define and execute the roadmap and strategy of current supplier data base.
Responsible for gathering and prioritizing requirements, work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure supplier satisfaction and support the companys overall Growth strategy and goals while staying in continuous communication with customers for market research and feedback.

Understand market opportunities and competition and specify market requirements for current and future products and deliver requirement documents, concepts, and workflow to the development teams.
Closely work with Supplier on Promotions of their Products
Collaborate with the sales team, prospects, and current customers for feedback on current / future products. Provide the sales team with training and technical knowledge to help sell the product.
Works collaboratively between sales, development, operations, and marketing
Guides others in resolving complex issues in specialized areas based on existing solutions and procedures.
Serves as an expert within own discipline.

Supplier Management - identifying new potential suppliers, executing new supplier setup process, verifying supplier matrix, reviewing contractual terms and agreements, negotiating pricing and asset return allowance, reviewing monthly point of sales report and inventory report with the supplier.

What We Are Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
8-12 years work experience
Ability to learn working with principles to the market.
Must be able to work independently and work well with the sales team.
Effective verbal and written communication to interface at all levels within the organization
Strong sense of urgency to meet product requirements on schedule
Experience in working with international and cross-functional teams
