Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Conduct initial interviews over phone or video conferencing to assess candidate fitment.
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidate progress.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-6 years of experience in recruitment consulting or related field.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
