Role: BMS Hardware / BMS Engineer / Building Management Systems Engineer

Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Job Location: Pune (On-Site)
Budget / CTC: Up to 1112 LPA Max
Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configuration, testing, and commissioning of BMS / Building Automation Systems hardware including controllers, panels, field devices, sensors & IO modules.
  
• Site execution, system integration & deployment of BMS solutions (HVAC, Fire, Security, Access, Lighting, Utilities etc.).
  
• Working knowledge of BMS schematic drawings, control wiring diagrams, panel design & BOQ preparation.
  
• Troubleshooting and resolution of onsite BMS hardware issues and system failures.
  
• Supporting project delivery, installation, quality checks, documentation & handover.
  
• Coordination with internal engineering, design, customer operations & vendor teams.
  
• Compliance to safety requirements, project timelines & quality standards.
  

Must-Have Skills

• BMS Hardware Engineering / BMS Design / Building Automation Systems
  
• Hands-on experience with controllers, IO modules, sensors, actuators, field devices
  
• Understanding of HVAC equipment & control logic (AHU, FCU, VAVs, Chillers, Pumps, Valves)
  
• Strong ability to read schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, control drawings
  
• Site execution, commissioning, testing & troubleshooting exposure
  

Qualifications

• BE / BTech / Diploma Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical
  
• 58 years of relevant BMS domain experience
