Strong understanding of technology roles (developers, cloud engineers, data scientists, DevOps, Oracle, cybersecurity, etc.)
Excellent people management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in ATS, recruitment CRMs, and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Naukri, etc.).
