Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various technologies and domains.
  
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.
  
• Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidate suitability and availability.
  
• Negotiate salary and finalize offers in alignment with company policies.
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update reports regularly.
  
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure smooth communication.
  

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in IT recruitment and technical sourcing.
  
• Good understanding of various IT skills (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  
• Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight deadlines.

Additional Details:

Working Days: Monday to Friday 2nd sat 4th sat off
Work Mode: Remote
