 Service Delivery Manager

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage Technical Operations for the customer, including onsite team and centralized Tech Ops.
  • Own all Tech Ops activities and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Collaborate with GCS and centralized Tech Ops teams on CVM-related actionable items.
  • Provide consultation to customers, engineering, and support teams on technical requirements.
  • Handle customer meetings and weekly governance sessions.
  • Understand and scope new requirements for CVM products and CRs.
  • Work with engineering teams for technical solutions, effort estimation, and planning.
  • Collaborate with BD team for technical proposals for RFPs, non-RFPs, CRs, hardware upgrades, and migration/replacement projects.
  • Create high-level project plans for RFPs, CRs, and applications.
  • Define migration strategies, scope, and plans.
  • Establish project deliverables, acceptance criteria, and exit criteria for projects.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong domain expertise in CVM, IN, SMS, USSD, IVR.
  • Hardware and solution design knowledge.
  • Proficiency in technologies such as Linux, Kafka, Postgres, Oracle, DevOps, EFK, Prometheus, Grafana.
  • Ability to manage application and database security.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Educational Qualification: BE/MTech in CS/IT/E&E/E&C.
  • Experience: 810 years in CVM space.

Desirable Skills

  • Expertise in creating migration strategies and high-level project plans.
  • Familiarity with governance framewsorks and customer engagement best practices.
  • Fast learner with change orientation and high energy.
