Vibration Analyst @ Cimcon Software

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Vibration Analyst to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in both online and offline condition monitoring and hold at least a Category II (CAT II) certification in vibration analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting vibration data collection, analysis, fault diagnosis, and generating reports for rotating equipment across various industrial facilities.

You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure proactive maintenance and asset reliability.

Mobius Vibration Institute certified candidates are highly preferred. If you have CAT II, CAT III certification and a passion for industrial IoT, this is your chance to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct vibration data collection and analysis
• Identify and recommend solutions for asset faults
• Engage with clients and provide expert guidance
• Analyze diagnostic reports from vibration and sensor data
• Collaborate with our team to enhance diagnostics and automation

What Were Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience as a Vibration Analyst
• CAT II or III certification (Mobius, Vibration Institute Certification a big plus)
• Strong communication and customer focus
• Interest in IIoT, AI, and machine learning
• Willingness to travel
• Preference Industry - Cement, Steel
