Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Information & Communication Technologies (ICT) team in two key areas: Patent Drafting and Patent Prosecution. This combined role description provides an overview of responsibilities for both positions.

Role 1: Senior Patent Associate ICT Drafting

Key Responsibilities:

Draft complete patent specifications for inventions in ICT domains (US, EP, and other jurisdictions).
Review and prepare invention disclosures by liaising with inventors and R&D teams.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, well-structured patent applications.
Collaborate with inventors, attorneys, and clients to ensure technical and legal accuracy.
Maintain documentation and support quality improvement initiatives.

Experience & Skills:

25 years in patent drafting within ICT domain.
Strong analytical and writing skills; attention to detail.
Knowledge of patent laws, drafting standards, and claim construction (US/EP).
