Job Description

Role 2: Senior Patent Analyst ICT Prosecution

Key Responsibilities:

File and prosecute patent applications in US & EP jurisdictions.
Draft and file responses to PTO communications.
Communicate with clients on patent-related queries and updates.
Ensure timely documentation and compliance with global procedures.

Experience & Skills:

14 years in patent prosecution within ICT domain.
Familiarity with USPTO, EPO, WIPO procedures; knowledge of 101, 102, 103 & 112.
Strong communication skills and ability to meet filing deadlines.

Qualifications (Common for Both Roles):

B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Patent Agent qualification or equivalent certification preferred (for drafting role).
