Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strategy & Planning: Develop & implement sales strategies for LAP/Home Loans, set targets, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team (Area Managers, Sales Executives).
Channel Management: Strengthen & expand Builder, Broker, DSA (Direct Selling Agent) networks for lead generation and sourcing.
Sales Execution: Drive loan sourcing, disbursement targets, ensure credit quality, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Stakeholder Relations: Build rapport with key clients, partners (Banks, NBFCs), and internal teams (Credit, Ops).
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, company policies, and provide regular sales reports/forecasts.
Market Development: Conduct field activities (farmer meets, demos if relevant) and build customer databases.
