Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Drive LAP sales through DSA, connectors, builders, brokers, and direct sourcing
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets
  
• Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand business reach
  
• Manage end-to-end LAP cases including login, documentation, coordination with credit and operations
  
• Ensure portfolio quality, low delinquency, and compliance with credit policies
  
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  
• Guide and support team members (if applicable) to improve productivity
  
• Ensure adherence to KYC, compliance, and regulatory guidelines
  
• Track daily MIS, pipeline, and conversion ratios
