Job Description

Role: Digital Relationship Executive - E-Channel Sales (At ICICI Lombard)

Employment Type: Full-time | Directly on Banks Payroll

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.

Experience:

• Freshers: Welcome to apply (sales inclination preferred).
• Experienced: 0 - 2 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or financial product sales preferred.
• Experience in banking, insurance, or fintech domains will be an added advantage.

Work Schedule:

• Shift Timings: 9:30 AM 7:00 PM (rotational shifts)
• Work Days: 5 days a week (2 rotational week-offs)

Compensation:

• For Freshers: 2.10 LPA (CTC) + Unlimited Incentives
• For Experienced: 2.79 LPA (CTC) + Unlimited Incentives ( Up to 27,000 Inhand)
