Location and Qualification:
- Gurugram: Any UG / Graduate (Preferred) Fresher or UG with Experience of minimum of 6 months in Customer Support.
- Noida: Any Graduate with Experience of minimum of 1 year in BPO Customer Service.
- Interview Mode: Walk-in.
- Schedule: 5 days working and 2 rotational weeks off.
- Cab Facility: Available for Gurugram centre subject to hiring zone.
- Age Limit: Max. 30.
- Salary:
- Gurugram: For Fresher - 16.5k - 22k CTC (Based on Communication Skills and Qualification) and Max. 32k CTC For Experience (Based on Communication Skills and Experience).
- Noida: Max. 30k
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting international passengers with flight inquiries, bookings, and ticket modifications.
- Providing information on travel visa requirements and baggage policies.
- Maintaining a high level of empathy while resolving customer complaints or travel delays.
- Ensuring all interactions meet the required quality and compliance standards.

- Customer Centricity: A "passenger-first" mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Flexibility: Open to working in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
