Job Description

Achieving Sales Targets: Meet monthly and annual sales targets for tractor loan business.
Dealer Network Management: Activate and maintain relationships with dealerships, ensuring they have the financial support they need.
Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of tractor loans, ensuring timely collections and minimizing delinquencies.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various methods, including rural level activities and digital campaigns.
Loan Processing: Work closely with internal departments like credit and operations to ensure timely disbursement of loans.
Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers and dealerships.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of tractor loan products and financing options.
Business Planning: Develop business plans and sales strategies for tractor finance.
Team Leadership: May involve leading a team of sales or area managers.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to bank norms and ethical standards.
