- We are looking for a motivated and results-driven recruiter to join our talent acquisition team
- If you have experience hiring Sales, Marketing, and IT professionals, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, and IT departments to understand their staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of positions including Sales Executives, Marketing Specialists, Software Engineers, IT Managers, and more
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle: from job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, Naukri, referrals, and networking events
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Keep hiring managers updated on recruitment progress and provide insights on market trends, salaries, and candidate availability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all recruitment activities
- Assist in creating and maintaining job descriptions, recruitment materials, and interview processes
- Continuously seek innovative ways to improve recruitment processes and candidate sourcing
- Key Requirements: 4-6 years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record of hiring for Sales, Marketing, and IT roles
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc
- )
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is a plus
- Knowledge of market trends in Sales, Marketing, and IT recruitment
- Preferred Skills: Experience with recruitment for tech startups or IT-driven organizations
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with employer branding and creative recruitment strategies
