Generate home loan business through direct sourcing, channel partners, builder relationships, and existing customer base.
Identify potential customers and understand their home loan requirements.
Conduct customer meetings, explain product features, eligibility, and documentation.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, DSAs, and customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation norms.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 6 months of experience in Home Loans / Mortgage / LAP / Affordable Housing.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Graduation required (any stream).
Local market knowledge preferred.
