Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Generate home loan business through direct sourcing, channel partners, builder relationships, and existing customer base.
  • Identify potential customers and understand their home loan requirements.
  • Conduct customer meetings, explain product features, eligibility, and documentation.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, DSAs, and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation norms.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Home Loans / Mortgage / LAP / Affordable Housing.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Graduation required (any stream).

Local market knowledge preferred.
