Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue of your area.
  • Self motivate to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers/clients, connectors, & DSAs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and participate in industry events and trade shows.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build relationships and close deals.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, or any field.
  • 1-5 years of proven experience
