  • Unified Communication and Collaboration ImplementationJob Requirements:Key Responsibilities:1 to 2years of experience in Technical Production Minimum 1-year experience in handling Audio / Video devices to manage event productionExcellent communication skills, with neutral accent Excellent written communication skills with email etiquettes Fundamental Technical know-how on system trouble shooting Ready to learn new technologies
    Technical Experience:Should be able coordinate and supervise all aspects of a production of event, from the creative to the administrativeShould be able to oversee and take care all elements of pre-production, production, and post-production workTechnologist to identify, investigate and diagnose the issue and take necessary action viz resolves or assigns the issue to right assignment group Technologist to respond to the Customer quires predominantly through Voice Interaction and through email, chat
