Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Handle customer queries and concerns through chat support in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Document customer interactions using CRM or support tools.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when required.
  • Meet productivity, quality, and response-time KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Minimum 6 months of experience in chat support/customer service.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with customer support tools (CRM, ticketing systems, live chat tools).
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
  • Ability to work in night shifts with rotational week-offs.
