We are looking for a skilled French Language Expert based in Hyderabad to support business operations through high-quality French language communication. The role involves interacting with French-speaking customers/clients, handling written and verbal communication, and supporting internal teams as required. The candidate should be flexible to work in rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs.
Key Responsibilities
Handle French language communication via email, chat, or voice (as per process requirement)
Translate and interpret content from French to English and English to French accurately
Provide customer or client support while ensuring high levels of quality and professionalism
Understand and follow process guidelines, SLAs, and quality standards
Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently
Meet productivity, quality, and compliance metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in French language (written and spoken) B2 / C1 / C2 level preferred
Good command of English language
Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred)
Strong communication and comprehension skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email tools, CRM systems)
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs
Currently based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad
Preferred Experience
05 years of experience in BPO, KPO, customer support, translation, or language process
Prior experience working with international clients or multilingual processes is an advantage
Additional Requirements
Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as per business needs
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
