Job Description
We are looking for a French Language Expert based in Hyderabad with B1-level French certification and a graduate degree. The candidate will support French language communication, translation, and coordination activities across business functions, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate and interpret content between French and English (emails, documents, reports, chat, or calls)
- Communicate effectively with French-speaking clients, partners, or internal teams
- Support customer service, operations, sales, or content teams with French language expertise
- Review and proofread French content for grammatical and contextual accuracy
- Assist in preparing bilingual documentation and presentations
- Maintain professional communication standards and meet turnaround timelines
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- French language certification B1 level
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Good understanding of French grammar, vocabulary, and cultural nuances
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in translation, customer support, BPO, KPO, or international process roles
- Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of CRM or ticketing tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
