Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for BPO and bulk hiring requirements.
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to meet staffing needs.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and manage the candidate selection process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent.
- Manage candidate databases and recruitment tools.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks and extend job offers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in BPO and bulk hiring.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
