About the Role

Amantya Technologies is looking for smart, driven, and proactive Technical Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end IT recruitment and a passion for hiring high-quality technical talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, Negotiations & offer management

• Execute lateral and bulk hiring for IT roles across various technologies
  
• Drive product-based hiring and work closely with technical stakeholders to understand requirements
  
• Develop and implement effective technical recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals
  
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  
• Support campus recruitment initiatives (good to have)
  
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using ATS and recruitment tools
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in technical recruitment within the technology sector
  
• Strong understanding of IT hiring processes and recruitment best practices
  
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a deadline-driven environment
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
