About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong track record in hiring top talent across IT, software engineering, and emerging technology domains. Youll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-quality candidates to support our growing technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, software, and technology roles. Good Communication skills.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through diverse channels: job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical fit and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain and update ATS records and recruitment dashboards.
- Stay current with market trends, compensation insights, and talent intelligence.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in IT/Software/Tech sectors.
- Proven ability to hire across a range of roles developers, engineers, architects, product managers, etc.
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Boolean search.
- Familiarity with modern HR/recruitment tools (ATS, CRM, scheduling tools).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a tech company or IT recruitment agency.
- Understanding of technical skills, stacks, and market dynamics.
- Certifications in recruitment or HR (a plus, not mandatory).
