Role & responsibilities

Backoffice Process

Perform Data Validation, Verification and Correction.

Handle customer inquiries related to credit reports, disputes, fraud alerts and score related.


Preferred candidate profile

HSC with atleast 6 months of experience.

Graduate freshers are also welcome.

Fluent in english.

Should be comfortable with the rotational/night shifts.

Must be residing in Mumbai
