  • Owning the overall category strategy in the City/Region including growth (supply/demand), offerings (product/service/pricing) and Quality (NPS/Ratings)
  • Running a well oiled supply addition machinery in the city to constantly add high quality supply to balance out demand in an optimised manner.
  • Create structures to monitor business metrics on daily/weekly/monthly level and ensure a high growth high NPS business in their category-city.
  • Closely working with support functions like marketing, procurement, Customer/Partner Experience teams to ensure the desired growth and smooth conduct of the category.
  • Constantly strive to bring down costs and increase margins by negotiating, vendor sourcing and evolving the category offering with time.
  • Work closely with the trainer and other category associates to help them and empower them to fulfil their roles properly to ensure business success.
  • Be the voice of the customer internally - monitor consumer feedback and consumer insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with product development, product/tech and operations to drive cross-functional initiatives

Who are we looking for?

  • Prior Experience of working in startups around home services, consumer-tech or any other hyper-local ecomm marketplace business
  • Someone with 1-3 years of work ex, having managed small teams and worked in

categories/businesses in a sizeable geography

  • Should be good with data analysis and visualisation to withdraw insights, present to the

management and communicate with the team

  • Should have demonstrated examples of problem solving using structured thinking and first principle approach
  • Having worked in a 0-1 phase OR willingness to do so with a get you hands dirty attitude is a must
