Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Location: Hyderabad, India
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 4:00 PM IST to ~2:00 AM IST.


Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to drive customer onboarding, product adoption, retention, and growth. The candidate will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our product/services. This is a high-visibility, client-facing role requiring strong relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewal.
  • Conduct product demos and onboarding sessions for new customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks.
  • Drive product adoption and ensure customers realize business value.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally with product and support teams.
  • Handle customer queries, escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Track customer engagement and maintain records in CRM tools.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to improve customer experience.
  • Mentoring the team.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Client Success.
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience conducting product demos and customer onboarding.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with HRMS Tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong ownership.

Key Requirement: Strong communication skills. Any Degree, Needs to work for night shifts.
