About the Role:
Position: Assistant Manager HR (Manufacturing Plant)
Client Name: will discuss in an interview (Leading Manufacturing sector of pharmaceutical devices)
Location: Vasai (onsite)
Gender : Male Only (Female candidates are Not eligible.Female candidate plz dont apply)
Exp: 9-10+ Years
Notice Period: Only Immediate Joiner or serving notice period of 30 Days Max will be contacted)
Working Days: 6 days works a week (Saturday Working)
CTC: Up to 9 LPA Max (we have a budget constraint up to 9 LPA)
Career Gap: Not allowed, Stability of works required min 3-4 years in current and previous organisition.

2. Candiidate must have working knowledge in Organisational developement of plant or company in current and previous organisition also responsible to create a Job Descriptions.(Must)
3. Developing KPIs and HRIS/HRMS software working knowledge is must needed.(Must)
4. Supporting for scorecard preparation.
5. Creating DWM (Daily work management) for shop floor people.
6. Creating One Pager Report (daily outcome).
7. HR Policies designing (Must)
8. Creating various HR Policies formats(Must)
9. Supporting in the assignment of GPTW, ESS, 360-degree feedback(Must)
10. HR Audit and creating check-sheets.(Must)
11. Salary and compensations.(Must)
12.Performance Management (Must)
13.HR operation(Must)
14. Employee Relation (Must)
15. Training and developement (Must)
16.Statutory compliance (Must)
17.Knowledge of labour laws (Must)
18.Vendor Management (Must)
19. HR administration works Knowledge.(Must)
20. Recruitment and Talentacquision (Employee Hiring knowledge Must)

1. Bachelors/ Master degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices, Salary Processing
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
5. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
6.Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.(must mention in an Resume)
