Responsibilities include :

  1. Recruitment
  2. Employees relations Addressing employee concerns
  3. Payroll & Compensations
  4. Compliances & Policies
  5. Manpower
  6. Making Offer letters / Appointments letters / issuing IOMs
  7. Office management - Managing office supplies and inventory with help of Support staff
  8. Vendor Management for uniform supplies, stationery etc
  9. Supervising housekeeping, security, IT support and Drivers
  10. Handling letters, emails and communications
  11. Maintaining company files
  12. Organizing and cordianting meeting of the management.
  13. Booking travel and accomodation for management.
Helping senior management with daily administrative tasks
