Job Description

The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. The candidate must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, the candidate must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle 
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver strategic talent solutions.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on tech hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor analysis.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and dashboards; analyze data to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on technology hiring.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, HackerRank).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
